I am extremely disappointed and angry with the service here. We waited in line fairly for a long time. There were 3 guys ahead of us, then our group of 3, followed by 2 people who arrived later, and then a group of 6 who arrived even after that. First, the staff seated the 2 people who came after us simply because they had a table for 2. Fine, we let that go. But when a group of 3 finished and left, we thought it was finally our turn. Instead, the staff came out and called the group of 6—who arrived much later than us! I confronted the staff and reminded them that we were there first and also 3 people, but they brushed it off saying, “Sorry, we only have a table for 6 right now.” That was the exact same table that had just been used for 3 people before! This makes no sense and feels completely unfair. We followed the rules, waited patiently, and still got skipped over. The way the staff handled seating was careless, unprofessional, and made us feel uncomfortable and disrespected. I would not recommend this place if you value fairness or good service.

Very good ramen, kimchi and beer. It's not a classic restaurant where you sit for a long time it's more like a mix of Japanese ramen place and European restaurant, sit down, drink, eat and leave. Overall it's a very good place. I will definitely come back and check other positions on the menu.

The appetizers were good, but I think the kimchi was pickled with vinegar rather than fermented, though I might be wrong. It was very sour and lacked a bit of sweetness. The shio ramen was very simple and not rich in flavor. The water glass smelled like a dirty rag.

I was here with a friend earlier today, and someone seemed to make a mistake with our order, making us wait for an hour and a half. Which is annoying, but sometimes mistakes happen and we were not in a rush (although in retrospect we should have flagged someone down, so that's on us). This one waitress took notice of us, and when we told her how long we waited, she got our food out in a breeze and explained to us what happened. This is how you keep customers when you make mistakes! Now she is the reason we wanna return to this place, because even though she was busy she was still...
