We enjoyed the full menu, which had a lovely blend of tastes, colors and textures. Particularly liked the carpaccio and the fried "munk". Different and well planned menu. Good selection of beers. I had the vegetarian tasting menu and the servers were knowledgeable enough to really delve into the details of each of the elements for each course. Ranging from the use of seeds, making their own (not a) burrata, to adding an incredible lift to the lemon curd dessert with a wild herbs reduction.
