I'm a regular Too Good To Go customer at this location, and today's experience was disappointing. Typically, the standard order (75kr) includes 3 food containers, with additional items like wraps, banana bread, or croissants. My previous week's order met these expectations.
Today (27/01/25) despite arriving within the designated pickup window (18:50-19:05 picking-up time in the app), I was immediately told to wait until 19:00 without explanation and not let me talk. When finally served, I received only 2 containers, despite the visible abundance of food (croissants, and two salads) When I mentioned that the usual portion includes 3 containers, the staff member incorrectly insisted "It's always two containers. (not true when previously I got more than today)
What was particularly frustrating was witnessing the customer after me, he received notably more food for the same price ( I had to check from outside since the staff was not serving him food until I left) This inconsistency in portion sizes and dismissive service is concerning, especially given my history as a respectful, punctual customer.
While I've had positive experiences here before with other staff members, today's service and value for money (75kr for significantly less food) fell well below expectations. I hope management addresses these issues of inconsistent portions and...
Read moreLack of flavor in the food. We had a wrap and some Indian inspired dish - I’ve had vegetarian food in India (and Indian restaurants in Norway for that matter) - this was nothing like it.
Had high expectations given the good feedback on Google, but was utterly disappointed. Prices are way too high for the amount of “calories” one gets as well.
This should not be anybody’s first taste og vegetarian food - you will not like it (there are simply no flavors). General lack of protein rich veggies / plants in dishes as well.
Tables are wobbly, not a fit place for dining with...
Read moreSuch a sad non-hot chocolate experience under the name of hot chocolate. They use regular Freia baking cacao for hot chocolate and charge it 50kr. Dapper uses 85% dark real chocolate and charges it with 50kr too, which I understand cause it is “real” chocolate. I was very cold coming from outside, so I finished the cooked cacao (literally) to feel warmer. But extremely disappointed. If I saw it before I paid I would never have it. The indoor design is also very poor, and there’s a constant ventilation sound disturbing your ears....
