Cool and loose atmosphere. Reasonable prices, even though the pub is right in the center of Stavanger. Good selection of alcochol and even some food. Reminds me of good old English pubs. Only thing missing is posibility to smoke inside, but all pubs in Norway forbid this. There even was a guy playing the guitar not too bad. A big down side is that late into the night, when I went out to smoke the security guard didn't want to let me back in, saying that i'm drunk. Of course I was! That was the point of meeting my friends there! And to be clear, we were not making any hustle. Just sitting and talking and dancing. I said I have my drink inside and all my belongings and if he thinks I am making problems he is welcome to call the Police. And i just went back in and sat the rest of the evening. Live music was playing and the friendly people were dancing in front of the performers and it was great. I don't think this place is for youngsters, especially if all Saturdays are like this.
