Delicious grilled mix, perfect for two people, fresh ingredients, amazing fire smell and flavor, meat was fresh and not chewy. Soup of the day was a lentil soup, creamy and tasty, a bit different flavor from lentil soups I’ve tried in Turkey. Vegetable salad was fresh, I think it’s the only place in Stavanger where i ate really ripe tomatoes that taste like tomatoes :) they served us two bowls of bread (two different types) , although we didn’t order it, it would be better to ask us first if we want bread at all and warn us how much you’ll bring, because we didn’t finish it, it was too much bread and it’s sad to think about food waste. They make fresh airan themselves, that’s very nice. Food was absolutely delicious, this restaurant cooks food which is the closest to the original Turkish cuisine.

Rice desert “Sutlac” was creamy but also quite different from the original ones I ate in Turkey. Baklava was delicious! Lots of nuts, moist, fresh, perfect with Turkish tea. In Turkey they don’t charge you for tea, it goes for free as a compliment (for breakfast, lunch, dinner) , but we are in Norway, so they charge 30 NOK per tiny glass of tea, which I find ridiculous to be honest.

Traditional music on a background was very nice, not loud, so it was comfortable to communicate. Cozy interior.

I like that they don’t serve alcohol and you can enjoy calm and sober atmosphere without drunk people talking loud.

Negative moment for me was service. Waiters were too busy to talk to each other without even checking on customers. It was difficult to catch their attention since they were chatting near cash register and showing each other something on their phone, all I could see the whole evening was their backs. We informed waiters from the beginning that we plan to share our dishes but we didn’t get any additional plates to share food and it was quite uncomfortable for both of us to share the dishes from one plate. Waiters were friendly and polite.

Tables in the center look very uncomfortable and not cozy, too close to each other and the only cozy place to sit I think it’s near window on a couch, at least there’s more privacy.

Entrance door was open all the time and it was nice with fresh air coming in. The smell from grilling in the kitchen was making me hungry.

Not my first time here and not the last. We’ll be back. One of the best food...

Pasha opened this year if I’m not mistaken after quite some time of preparations. I think this is maybe the only proper Turkish restaurant in town and they focus on barbecuing the food on coal on in a proper stone oven. We went there for a quick snack on a weekday at about 5 pm and there were a few people in the restaurant already. We got some colorful menus with photos of all the different dishes and that is a good idea as I think many people don’t have a clue when it comes to Turkish food. We ordered Døner Lavash and a chicken kebab dish. As a complimentary starter we got a fresh baked bread with a cream dip and a vegetable dip and the bread was excellent. The food was served pretty fast and it looked just like the photos on the menu. The chicken kebab was quite a large portion for the price and there was chicken, rice, sour cream and various vegetable. The Døner Lavash was a wrap with beef. The food was good and good value for money. We will most likely go there again if we need a...

Me and my girlfriend came here last night, what a meal and service. We booked and arrived a little early but seated straight away. The servers were welcoming and were very good through our whole dining experience. The starters came out very quickly and were excellent. Now to the mains again the quick turn around for food was excellent. I ordered the pasha mix and it’s was honestly one of the best meals I’ve had out at a restaurant, the meat was cooked to perfection and the salad was fresh and lovely. My girlfriend orders the chicken mix and again the meat was perfect. We didn’t have any dessert because we literally filled up on dinner, it was that good. The coffee at the end was superb. Mix that in with great service and the whole experience was excellent. I will be recommending this place to friends and will 100% be back ourselves to try some others thing on the menu. 10/10 for me and some of the best food I’ve had...

We had a fabulous dinner. Service was friendly and attentive, ambiance was very pleasant, with Turkish music playing and tall soft booths to cozy up in while you watch chefs cook over a coal fired grill in the open kitchen. Menu is in both English and Norwegian and server was fluent in both. We ordered the eggplant salad to accompany the Pasha platter. SO GOOD! The chicken and Adana were our favorite. Chicken was very juicy and bursting with beautiful round flavors. Adana had a nice spice to it, with lots of visible red pepper flakes throughout. The lamb chop was pretty simple so we didn't eat much of it. Our platter was more than enough food for 2 hungry adults. Restaurant was very clean and service was fast. We're only here for 4 nights but already said we might visit again. Check it out!!
