Just sat here for 15 minutes. There were no other customers, just 2 employees. I asked one if I could pick any table, he answered something in Norwegian and went inside.
Throughout those 15 minutes I sat there, one or the other came to the counter a number of times, but none addressed me. They did not approach me, they did not bring me the menu, nothing. I don't know if I had to go to the counter. I even thought they might be closed. They didn't not speak to me. They were not busy. They stood behind the counter doing nothing.
Towards the end of those 15 minutes, a family entered. They asked about the dishes available, the employee answered. This confirmed that the place was open. I got up and left. Absolutely no word from...

In my opinion, this eatery has little to do with a bistro. It looks more like a roadside restaurant where you can get all sorts of things (in this case kebab, hamburgers, pizza and a few (local) daily specials). It is also the first bistro I have come across that does not serve beer or wine. "But was the food at least good?" Read moreIncredibly kind and accommodating, fantastic service, really relaxed and chill atmosphere, incredible view out of the window towards the mountain, and the food was incredible! The reindeer stew and focaccia with butter was out of this world... And to top it off there was unexpected free ice cream at the end! Self-service drinks are available throughout so you can warm up with tea or coffee while marvelling at the view of the mountain. This is simply an unmissable experience...
