In Norwegian, "gate" means "street" and "s" at the end of a word is genetive. Samuel Arnesen (1859-1935) was a successful businessman and politician in the city. So the address reads "Street of Samuel Arnesen, No. 5". If the meeting point of your tour is at "gate 5", it's actually the whole building.
