This was honestly the most frustrating dining experience I've had in a long time. First of all, after I had made the reservation online we realised we had to postpone the visit until 5 days later, so I spent at least 30 minutes on the phone trying to reach the restaurant to change the reservation (I tried 3 different times on 2 different dates), and sent 2 e-mails asking them to please confirm the new booking. After all the hassle and no response, my other friend made a new booking (which was not noted when we arrived) and my other booking had been changed to the correct dates but I didn't receive a confirmation... At least we were happy to get a table (which was a 4-persons boot with an added table and chairs at the end), and a waiter took our drink orders. The menu is quite hard to understand (how many dishes do we need to be satisfied, what's the concept, what do you recommend, how does the sharing platter work?? etc.) so one would expect the waiter to explain a bit and maybe come with some suggestions. Unfortunately, this was not the case and at least one from our group had been there before and could explain a bit to us. We ended up ordering 2 sharing plates and a combination of other smaller dishes. 4 out of 6 people got their food after 30 minutes, and the remaining 2 got their food after 60 minutes when the rest of us was done eating... And then they even missed out on one dish which they kindly requested only to have the waiter say "I don't think this dish belongs to the sharing plate", which it did... As we were paying, we suggested that the 2 people who had to wait 60 minutes for their food (and which had an extra drink meanwhile) should at least get the drink on the house. What seemed to be either the owner or the manager agreed to this and noted that a phone number such that she good VIPPS (Norwegian bank transfer app) the money back to my friend. We were happy with the outcome, but now it's two days later and we still haven't received the money. All in all, I am really disappointed and I will not go back. We all ended up paying 500-700 kr (50-70 EUR) each for food and a couple of drinks, and some of us weren’t even satisfied with the amount of food. The quality of food was decent, but overpriced. I hope they improve on their service, and I understand that they just opened and it takes some time to work on the routines, but at least don't lie about compensating us for a bad experience... The day before I had lunch at Britannia (which had similar prices), where the food was 20 minutes delayed (for all of us) and we were compensated with free sparkling wine, bread, and an amazing dessert. There's too many good options in Trondheim now to be able to survive with this kind of level of service.

Food is tasty, but WAY TOO LESS. I ordered Chili can carne and a Starter. First the Chili came and after that the waiter gave me the Starter (?!?). Very expensive, for the amount of food you get there.. my dog gets more food on the plate! My girlfriend ordered the vegan quessedilla - vegan cheese not available - thanks. Sorry guys, I ate up everything and had to leave hungry Order Process with the App was ok, but guy please. We Want a PHYSICAL MENU… Payment only possible with Credit Card - no ec card.

Definitely make a reservation when you want to eat here! We didn’t have one but were very lucky and got a table for an hour. The food was good - small servings and the margaritas were excellent! Got churros to go cause we ran out of time but they were also very good. We’ll come back - but with a table reservation 😉

Best quesadillas I have tasted in my almost 50 year life!! RECOMMENDED! We ordered "everything quesadillas" with both strawberry margarita, cola, Sol beer, and a wonderfully good side order of snack nachos with guacamole. We all agreed it tasted absolutely amazing. We will definitely be back. We sat outside, good atmosphere, music and pleasant staff who welcomed us. Great premises. The food arrived quickly on the table. The only downside is that you have to order everything via mobile, so when you order e.g. more drinks you have to bring up with your mobile phone, scan a code, find it, order, pay with vipps... a bit cumbersome. My mother would not have been able to do it :-)) I would probably have spontaneously ordered more drinks and given more tips if I had let go of the cumbersome mobile order and could have received personal service/order. They could also consider several internal/control rounds in the toilet. We were there around 2pm on a Saturday and the men's toilet bin was already full, and some paper was on the floor. In any case, the place is absolutely worth a visit! We are already going back again in a few days before we travel on. I GIVE...
