In fact, a short while ago, I experienced a disrespectful and humiliating situation with a regular customer at Good Al-Athaiba Restaurant. I ordered food at 12:36 PM. I requested delivery because I live 600 meters away from Good Al-Athaiba. Of course, the food was ordered from Good Al-Athaiba. Then I called them exactly one hour later to follow up on my order. My order was very simple, it didn't even take 10 minutes to prepare and five minutes to deliver, then I called at 1:40 to check where my food was and why the food was delayed. The employee I spoke to on the phone told me the driver moved and was on his way. Then he came at 1:50 and told me that your order wasn't available and we didn't print your order and didn't inform the kitchen about your order and they didn't prepare your order. This came after an hour and ten minutes of waiting. Of course, I am an employee like them and I only have a limited time. I ordered this food during lunch time so I could have lunch and go back to work. I spoke to the employee in a very kind, loving and polite manner. Then they didn't give me the service I deserve. No, not even the service I deserve, which is good service. The service became very, very, very, very tiring. Also, the employee's manner at the end tells me whatever you want to do, do it or do whatever you want in their language, of course, after I waited for more than an hour and ten minutes. I am a man with work, I have to hurry and get back to it. So why did the service become like this and the manner not good? Note that this is not the first time it happened to me with Good until I came to you on social media. Read moreI have never left a negative feedback for any restaurant. But this restaurant is beyond disgusting. Their staff are a bunch of liers, placed an order over the phone for falafel sandwiches, told me 15 mins, I am standing outside their restaurant, honked for literally 4 mins before anyone came, a guy came and told me it will be exactly 2 mins.. now it's been more than 38 mins since I ordered.
Please avoid them at any cost.

Probably the 1st negative review I've ever left.... It says it's a Lebanese restaurant.... Everyone who I saw and talked to is Egyptian.... So go figure!
Oh BTW.. I almost forgot... When finally the guy came with the food.. almost 40 mins later ....YES...IMAGINE... FOR A FALAFEL SANDWICH (3 of them)!... He just handed the food over... NO APOLOGIES..no sorry...no greeting..no thank you.. NOTHING... after he hands me the food..I'm waiting for him to say something.. he doesn't.. so I asked how much... Tapped my payment card on his machine... And he left... without even giving me my credit card receipt..

We being Indian were completely ignored and the nearby Arabs were being treated with great care. Moreover immediately after placing order, our food arrived in a few minutes but we found that the waiter had served us stale bread which we immediately returned n he said fresh fread will take 5 mins. We waited for almost 13 minutes n the food went cold, surprisingly nearby customer got bread. Later the waiter repeatedly ignored us, not even bothering to look at us if we wanted anything. Finally as I was very upset with this racist behaviour in front of my family, i decided not to tip the waiter.
