Stay away!!! Worst NcDonalds ever. Young man was running a scam on giving change. I am American, and I know a little Spanish. I ordered a burger and grande coke. I hand the young man a $20 and total is 4,75. He gives me 5.25 change. So I asked very politely that I should get $10 more dollars. Instead of opening drawer back up and checking what I gave him he goes over to a young lady and has 5 minute conversation about this. She comes over and counts drawer And says it is right. So I point to receipt and say it says I ya e $20. She says no young man says he made mistake and Troyes in $20. So by this time a English speaking Panamánian comes over and tries to help me. I explained situation and so he asks for main manager. Another young man comes over as he explains. So that guy says no so by now I am getting upset and said ok if you want $10 that bad keep it and just give me my food. So guy brings me a small coke and burger. So I said no it was grande and young man shook his head no. I said yet is was. So I thumped cup off trey. So manager told me to leave. So I looked up and seen camera over whole situation. I told him if he wanted to do the right thing and truth go back and look at tape. He said no and had security escort me out with no charnge or food. I am going back tomorrow to discuss with a different manger. By the way the guy that tried to help me iffered me $10, I said no not from him. I explained it is not the mo way but the principle. I ha e done business withMcsinalds my whole life but no more. I just could not believe even if they didn’t believe me why they wouldn’t review tape and see the real truth. Really very disappointing. I guess employee thought I wouldn’t say anything or I was drunk or something. I explained to manger is was not...
Read moreDo not waste your time or money eating at this particular McDonald's. The kitchen staff are incredibly slow. You will wait forever in line to get to the cash register. The management will do NOTHING to help the line run faster, and don't seem to mind that half the kitchen staff are standing around talking to each other or on the phone while only one or two of the four registers is operating.
If you order something that has already been prepared and has been sitting out on the warmer, it's not going to be very warm, and it will almost certainly be old and soggy. If you order something that has to be made to order, it will take an eternity. Either way the "meat" will be overcooked and tasteless, the lettuce will be old and brown, and the bread will be stale and hard. Unless you're lucky enough to catch them at just the right moment, your fries will be cold. Regardless, they will be overcooked, because they ignore the alarms that tell them the fries are done -- you'll witness it happen multiple times while you're waiting in line. The only item on the menu that will probably be as it should is the soda from the machine, but I wouldn't put it past this crew to mess that up too.
You will regret spending your money at this location. There are NO redeeming qualities. Please...

Second, learn some basic English so that you can deal international customers. Don't just reject people who speak English, or you spoil the image of the restaurant. There was fried chicken in store, but the clerk just said no. And the other clerk said I needed to wait 10- 15 minutes after I talked to the police officer nearby. But the fried chicken was served within 5 minutes. What a weird restaurant. The chicken was just far away from tenderness and juiciness in McDonald's standards. Go learn how to fry chicken in...
