Very fast service. No appointment needed. The first day only took about fifteen minutes in total. Then on the second day we retrieved the passport in about twelve minutes. As my childhood friend said, this is one of the things that the government has learned to do very efficiently. The service moves fast so have all your paperwork ready. The website does a good job at explaining all the required paperwork.

Se debe llevar certificado de nacimiento o cédula juvenil, la autorización del padre que no está presente (notariada - valido x 1 mes para la gestión del pasaporte) con su copia de cédula, costo $100. 1. En un cubículo de información, verifican tus documentos y te dan un formulario para que el padre presente lo firme autorizando el pasaporte. 2. Te llaman de otro cubículo con los documentos aprobados para que lo devuelvas a Información y te den un número de atención. 3. Te llaman de un cubículo, toman la foto. 4. Pagas en caja. 5.
