Restaurante Efímero — Restaurant in Bella Vista

This is one of those luxury spots for those who prefer a dark ambience. Mix of different influences ranging from Latin, Asian and European countries, most notably Peruvian and Japanese.

My first time eating risotto and it was impressive. The cheese must have been extra high quality because it was thoroughly delicious. Our table was so impressed that we ordered three portions. The beef was equally as delicious.

There is a bar with an innumerable amount of drinks.

Noticed the presence of a hookah pipe for smoking. That is something I have never seen before in this country.

Surprisingly for such a fine restaurant, there is a small kids menu.

The night was not perfect, though. The vinegar in the salad was overly acidic and salty. And the traditional Peruvian purple corn drink was so sweet that it was undrinkable. Efimero lives up to its name (which translates to "ephemeral" in Spanish) by offering a truly fleeting culinary experience. The ambiance is modern and chic, but also warm and inviting. The staff's attentiveness further elevates the experience. They were knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly and I was able to interact with many of them on my first visit here.

But the true star of the show is the sushi. The freshness was undeniable. Each piece melted in my mouth, a testament to the high-quality ingredients. The chefs clearly take pride in their craft. Whether you're a seasoned sushi aficionado or a curious newcomer, Efimero...

El establecimiento es de puro lujo y de muy buen gusto, amplio, el ambiente no deja de ofrecer un gran placer a la vista, que junto al excelente trato, atención del personal y al gran sabor de la comida, logran dar una experiencia efímera mientras crea un recuerdo eterno.

Pero como quien dice, no hay que juzgar un libro por su portada, por todo el lujo que el establecimiento presenta. Los precios, cantidad y calidad, son EXCELENTES, definitivamente las tres B (Bueno, bonito y barato) He estado en muy pocos lugares así en Panamá, y en ninguno he recibido tan buen trato y he estado tan cómodo como aquí, mis FELICITACIONES a la gestión del restaurante.

También he de agregar, que se hecha de menos el antiguo local que contaba con las mejores cachapas de planeta tierra. Yo que soy un disfrutador experto de cachapas, doy fé total a que ahí ofrecían las mejores cachapas del MUNDO, es una pena que ya no sigan, supongo que aquel sabor de las cachapas también era parte de una...
