Sushi Miyagi by Yerson Maldonado — Restaurant in Bella Vista

I cannot recommend their sushi enough, I've had four dishes on four different days and every time it's been the best version of that dish I've ever had.

The fish is extremely fresh; even being on a coastal city and my having tried several sushi restaurants and many ceviches in the same area, this restaurant has the freshest fish and shrimp.

Both of the owners are extremely kind and friendly, the recipes are creative and satisfying, and the shop itself is decorated beautifully and simply. Even their hand-stamped to-go bags have personality, everything about this restaurant, from the food to the aesthetic, is artisanal top-quality.

The sushi was great but the menu had a discounted price listed when we got the bill it was full price. What a great place. Small. Intimate. Clean. Comfortable.

We are from San Francisco, CA. There are a lot of excellent Sushi restaurants. We had two Spicy Tuna Rolls. THEY WERE BY FAR THE BEST WE HAVE EVER HAD. Give it a try. You won’t regret it.

Loved it and will eat there again before we leave.
