I ordered grilled lobster and I've never had a tough lobster but this takes the prize. I had to cut it with a knife and fork. $36.00 and I only ate half of it because I couldn't eat the rest of it. Also , I've never had a lobster tail with no shell so I suspect it was previously cooked. How many times? I don't know. I told the waiter that it was tough and he just looked at me. And then they had the gall to charge me full price. No apology, no discount, and NO TIP! I should have told the waiter that the chef's tip was the tough leftover lobster. 😡 My girlfriend had the langostino and there was only four of them and not very big. More like a snack. She said they were good but she was disappointed in the quantity. I'm sure the manager or owner will leave a message about wanting another chance. Please leave your name and I will call you.

Read moreLet’s start with the best thing - the service. From start to finish the service we received was impeccable. The door man, the head waiters, the bus staff were all professional. Polite and attentive staff. Knowledgable, well trained, warm but accommodating. This speaks volumes because there weren’t 30-40 staffers running around. It was less than 10 people in the floor but they worked in synergy and worked well together.
The food was good (not the best we have ever had) but definitely worth a try by Panamá standards. I would definitely try out other dishes there on another visit.
We had ceviche, paella and risotto. All cooked well and portions sizes are huge. However, I feel like it would have benefited from a bit more sofrito and spice.
Cocktails were made from scratch and were fantastic.
We shared one dessert (an apple tart), not made in house, but it was yummy and just the right sharing size.
