Capella Rooftop — Restaurant in San Felipe

An absolute scam. We were lured in by a guy called Darwin who said if we came to the rooftop bar we would get 2 drinks for the price of one. He seemed like a nice guy and the hotel looks beautiful so we followed him to the rooftop bar. We ordered 2 drinks but when we got the bill it turned out we had to pay both drinks. The guy who lured us in said that the offer was only for a limited number of drinks (cheaper drinks like beer, margaritas, etc.). My wife and I are 100% sure that he did not mention this to us when he approached us in front of the hotel to come upstairs to the rooftop bar. But for it was clear this is the trick he uses to get people into the bar. So we had to pay the full amount (US$ 28), clearly we will never come back here. A clear tourist trap, don’t fall for it...
