Never do I write a negative review so it says a lot when I do. When I came in, the staff ignored me nor cared. I was standing for minutes at the cash register to order. I saw staff walking by and not acknowledge me standing there. The barista was nice enough to get someone to help me. I paid at the cash register, no eye contact, entitled attitude, and customer service was horrendous. I smiled throughout the entire terrible experience. I was obviously food poisoned by the Keto Burger (highly likely the smoked salmon) today. Without exaggeration, everything I’ve consumed today (minus water) was from Athanasiou. I had a beef empanada & mocaccino around 8:30am, a white chocolate before 12, and the keto burger + a second mocaccino at about 1:30pm. Less than an hour after that I was home and very sick. My stomach is still really unsettled even after taking medication. It’s a terrible shame because it’s such a highly recommended cafe and I honestly enjoyed my morning there. I will be around for the next 3 weeks, but I guess I will be avoiding...

Second issue as of January 2025, bought a Dulce de Leche cake hard as rock with a sour taste giving hints of OLD not stored properly.

Rather go to another cheaper place than this crap franchise that only disappoints.

First issue. Who knew that a prestigious, or used to be, gonna give my partner food poisoning from a tuna sandwich.

Well it was expected that something bad was gonna happen as we received a coffee chocolate cake hard as a rock, probably a week old, what we only took a bite and didn't finish.

At least the coffee was fresh.
