Chombo Williams Smokehouse Barbecue Panamá — Restaurant in San Francisco

I went there with my family after seeing all the positives reviews. My daughter and I had the pork sandwiches and my husband had the ribs. We got there around 4:00 pm so no lunch menu prices. We didn't realize the restaurant comes with the car wash? No problem, except there is hardly a place to park unless you plan on washing your car so we asked for a take out order. The cashier was polite and the waitress was helpful in picking out the items from the menu. The macaroni and cheese was good as well as the baked beans. The meat was tasty and tender with a delicious sweet sauce; however, it seemed to us that it was too much bread and not enough meat in the sandwiches. The ribs were delicious but pricey. Only four ribs for $16... plus one side. I asked for curly fries but was given regular fries. For someone who enjoys good barbecue, I would go back but at lunch hours and in a taxi, and I would not order the pork sandwiches again and I would suggest to add potato salad...

I took the family again in July 2021 and we were once again satisfied with the food, service, and expansion of the restaurant. Now they have outdoor seating. I can’t say enough about the food. The quality and flavors are outstanding, so much so that I’m taking some vacuum sealed ribs to Seattle Washington 😋

I took my entire family to eat here back in December 2019 and we were all deliciously satisfied. We ordered 3 Pitmaster's BBQ Platters and one order of ribs. Each platter came with 3 sides, ribs, chicken, chorizo, and pork belly. I can't even begin to describe the flavors--there's nothing like it in Panama. A la chica de la caja pregunte q se podia comer entre 2 y quise conocerles pero a su mesera le parecio que el pedido era tan pokitito (dicho son sierta actitud de menosprecio)... fue lo primero q dijo cuando entrego la orden , el pollo tenia buen sazon pero lo hubiera dejado unos mnts mas en la candela , las papas considero q podian ser mas al final no es el pollo con papas mas barato so podria ser mas generoso le pedi una bebida y como me vio en el pasillo pretendia darmela en la mano y como le pedi llevamela a la mesa que ya voy aya fue y la hizo sonar cuando la puso en la mesa lo mismo hizo cuando llego a retirar los platos y ahun estabamos sentados , seguro ya lo han leido : El que se va por precio regresa por servicio; pero el que se va por servicio no regresa por ningun precio.... creo que gastan bastante en imagen de redes sociales y tienen un potencial enorme pero su servicio en especial hablo de su mesera una no muy alta de tez clara es fatal ella no quiere estar ahi trata a la gente como si lo que compran es tan poco que no merece una buena atencion. Necesitas mas espacio y una mesera que sea tan calidad como el producto q deseas vender de nada sirve que sepa rico si te lo estrellan en la mesa y te ven como poca cosa ... pues no lo soy, pude pedir mas sii pero con esa entrada al escenario de tu mesera quedan son ganas de cancelar pedido...
