McDonald's — Restaurant in Santa Ana

The register workers were unfriendly, after 45 minutes of waiting for my order and watching as many people went past me with meals, ordered well after I placed my order, I told them to either give me my food or refund my money. The woman didn't even blink, she got the manager, who never said a word to me or even looked at me, then she gave me my money in silence and went back to taking orders. The security guard at the door noticed my situation and tried several times to get them to complete the order, they just ignored him as well. On my way out the door, the security guard said he was sorry for the problem.

This McDonald is not very comfortable like standard others. What made me angry that we got watersupply shortage in our hotel nearby and we wanted to use the bathrooms here. And after I took a bottle of tap water a guy came and locked to toilets having a sign that it is due to watersupply shortage. But they had water so they just wanted to prevent people or customers to get to toilets. This is mean behavior. I paid for breakfast and dont accept closed toilets for obvios...

Terrible service, lazy employees, it's dirty, the worst McDonald's store that I've ever been.

Employees working there all have such "GREAT" attitude that made you wonder whether they actually realize they just work in a fast-food joint!!!!!!
