Somewhat disappointing experience. My rice main was quite alright. My girlfriends main had little to no flavour and only made an impression because it looked beautiful. The starters were a mix. The sushi was more than decent, auctually. The fried cauliflower was poor. I wonder why you would fry something only to the lather it in BBQ-esque sauce to take away all crunch and leave a soggy piece of food.
Two things I take issue with:
when selling a fancy, expensive water, please open the bottle at the table. We received an open bottle of overpriced water, which we have no idea what it actually is.
we wanted Gyoza as a starter. They have 6x Gyoza on the menu. We were told we could not get it, but Alternatively we could get a different menu item which is a dish + 4 Gyoza. So apparently they had Gyoza just did not want to...

It had gravy that was unusual but, other than that, all the textured and flavors were spot on. Mango sushi was yummy too. It had the right crunchiness and flavors profile of spice and sweet. Ramen was a bit disappointing. It felt like maggi noodles in a mono flavored broth. We also got a tropical drink that tasted refreshing.
Note that they significantly revamped their menu so many dishes from the pics weren’t available.
The service was average. They mostly spoke Spanish so couldn’t help a lot with choosing dishes but were friendly other than that.
Ambiance is good but the restrooms...

We tried maybe around 15 different vegetarian/vegan restaurants and this one was overall the most flavorful and consistent in quality. In many vegan/veg spots in Peru we noticed a trend where more focus is put into the plating and presentation of the food rather than the flavor itself. Here, the plating looked nice but the food was really delicious. The maki we had (I think it was a Butayaki/Miso Butter thing?) was delicious. The Butayaki noodles were also a standout. I also really liked the Lemonade. Service and atmosphere was...
