La Cabrera — Restaurant in Lima Metropolitan Area

I am not normally a red meat eater but that was some of the best meat ever, and the side dishes were spectacular. I do not know what they are in spanish but in English they were heaven. There was a pumpkin mash and a potato mash served with the meal that were superb as well as the roasted garlic. Then with the side dish there was a potato dish with a spicy sauce that I could have eaten on its own. Not to forget the bread with pate, hot sauce and butter, I simply loved the pate. There’s some reviews here that say the service is terrible, but I don’t know why because our experience was phenomenal! We were a large group for a birthday meal and the service was excellent. The waiters were very attentive and paid lots of attention to everyone’s orders. The atmosphere of the place is lovely and very unique with lots of different antique decoration.
