I don’t understand what is special about that place. I got 2 different maki and the rice wasn’t all but mushed together, like a paste. The juice wasn’t that good, it had an after taste of medication. And on top of it this Thursday was supposedly a special promotion night, with very loud music. I don’t understand why restaurants or/and store needs to play loud music, they think they will bring customers but my experience is that it scares them away, but the few. I asked them to bring the music down, and they said they will but they didn’t. Show a lack of respect and not keeping to their words. Disappointed all over, food, attitude, respect etc…

Alexander & his entire staff proved very accommodating and helped myself and other friends joining for lunch enjoy an authentic, delicious meal (poke and sushi were top notch!). Ambiance of the entire restaurant impressed with some standout decorations. Highly recommend for anyone looking for this type of cuisine in a quick/casual/high quality environment.

La presentación del plato es terrible, en una asadera metálica de poco gusto, a diferencia de otros Makis de otros restaurantes estos son muy diminutos casi el tamaño de una moneda un poco más. Si quieres subir fotos a Instagram no lo recomiendo ya que a pesar que parece colorido el establecimiento ya está gastado y el personal no se da el tiempo de limpiar las mesas. En cuánto al servicio esperamos cerca de 25 minutos luego de pagar para que sirvieran el plato. Vale la pena ir ? No.🚫🚫🚫 Definitivamente podrías encontrar un mejor lugar porque el sabor de estos Makis tampoco es que sorprenda. Ah y te traen las cervezas pero sin vaso, para que las tomes del pico de la botella, definitivamente terrible gusto y propuesta.

I ordered the Asu Maki (5 piece) and Tigre (10 piece, which was actually 5 piece first order but I liked it so much I got another 5 piece as a second order!). Definitely get the Tigre. It's delicious, crunchy and filling. Ask for soy sauce and wasabi as it does not come directly with your food. Atmosphere was great and I'm glad they have outdoor seating! Good music and nice colorful decor fits the place nicely. Definitely would come back for a quick bite to satisfy my sushi craving.

One thing I'll mention is I suppose my name is easy to find online so I was surprised when the manager mentioned what I (used to) work as because I had WhatsApp them before I arrived hahaha. All in good fun. They are really responsive on WhatsApp too which is good. Definitely will return next time...
