Pretty place, BAD service. Came to have breakfast with my 2 sons. They forgot 2 hot chocolates and 1 crepe. I had to keep reminding them about items in the order because the servers were just standing there joking. They charged me for extra blueberries and there were 8 little blueberries in the crepe. They had to keep coming back to charge for what they had forgotten. At one point, the cashier and one of the cooks started arguing because he had forgotten to charge me for so many things and they asked to see my receipt. He notado como tanto la calidad de los productos como del servicio ha ido cayendo con los años. Cuentan con más personal sin embargo todos están aglomerados dentro de la estación sin que eso repercuta en la mejora del tiempo de atención, he llegado a esperar 40 min por un pedido, una locura. De otro lado si bien el personal es amable, adolecen de criterio en la atención al público, la ultima vez llegue casi en hora de cierre, pedí un te y un crepe, el mismo que mientras una srta preparaba tenia al costado a otra utilizando químicos de limpieza es spray, tuve que decirle que no haga eso, que no pueden usar insumos de limpieza simultaneamente donde se están preparando alimentos...criterio básico. Solo atinaron a mirarse entre ellas y sin decir nada dejaron de hacerlo. El té demoro un poco más en hacerse...otro sin sentido, un filtrante en agua caliente no puede demorar ni un minuto en prepararse. Cuando me entregaron el té a mí y a otro cliente, abruptamente cambiaron la música , de su clásica melodía en fránces a un regueton estridente. Le pregunte al muchacho porque hicieron eso?? me dijo que porque ya cerraron!! lo peor que se esmeraron por subir el volumen, le dije que claramente nos estaban botando cuando me acaban de entregar la bebida caliente. Me dijo si usted lo cree asi...bueno...No lo recomiendo. la calidad del producto es deficiente, han desmejorado la consistencia de los crepes, no siendo para nada los mismos que cuando iniciaron hace unos años. Si el servicio fuera eficiente, seria tan siquiera aceptable, una lastima que no sepan aprovechar el espacio privilegiado que ocupan...
