It’s Lima’s most popular seaside pedestrian park system. It’s about a 6-mile stretch of paved walkway and bicycle lanes along the cliffs on the Pacific coast of Miraflores Borough.
It runs from the Parque de la Marina in the North ending at the Salazar Park and the Larcomar commercial complex.
Sunset is the most magical, from any point of the Malecon.
It’s a flat easy walk, great exercise with great sea views and nice designed parks, one of which is Pet or Kennel Park intend for pets to run free off their leashes.

There were many families with young kids and couples walking and just relaxing. Best time to walk is right around sunset.
