They ran out of the wine we ordered mid pour after serving the person behind us a double of it. Instead of uncorking another of the same, they shorted a pour in my glass and couldn't make it stretch in the other glass. They then brought a different wine that was absolutely awful, and we didn't end up drinking it. No water was brought between wines either.They then charged us for two glasses of what we originally ordered. The waiter gave the excuse of "well other people like it". It was a completely different wine that seemed a bit off as well. Our waitress and sommelier Ara made this a wonderful experience! We had a wine flight of 4 Peruvian wines which was 135 soles (about $35) for 2 people and they were absolutely amazing. We had an aromatic white, an organic orange wine, and 2 red wines. We then got a bottle of complex red on Ara’s recommendation (also Peruvian). She explained each of the wines to us, including the location of the vineyard, the type of grape, and the flavours we could expect. All wonderful. Really bad experience. We came to try peruvian wine, but they just had one although several ones were listed on their menu. And that only one tasted very sour... Then they brought the mixed platter with 3 slices of bread, although we were 4 (!) people. Service was bad - waiters were not even present most of the time although there were very few customers.
