Walked into this lovely hotel, only to find out I left my pouch in the cab 🤦|The receptionist Natalia came to the rescue and called the airport and different cab-companies to find out who the driver is so we could contact him. Natalia was very calm and collected which was amazingly comforting.|Eventually she got to his whatsapp and he came back with the pouch. Real lifesaver since it had all my documents. What a way to kick off this vacation.||Regarding the general service, it's great. They're super helpful and speak good english which is not a given here in Peru.||The rooms are clean and the food is superb.
