La Casa De Los Anticuchos — Restaurant in Lima Metropolitan Area

Came back after a year. Last time wasn't a good experience I was hoping for some improvement but sadly it's been worse. Last year food came out cold and the head chef said it was because we spent too long chatting that it got cold. 😅 This time we ordered picarones and rachi. Waited for 20 minutes and they brought half cooked picarones which they agreed to replace but after 40 minutes we asked about the rachi and they said there was a mistake in the kitchen and they didn't make it. They would start making it right away but it was 40 minutes too late. It's sad because I remember it was a nice place...

f you’re wondering where to go, go to this place. My man Angel was such a good host. He explained things to me in English, helped me with my Spanish and we talked about basketball (go blazers!). I had the anticucho and the flavor was awesome. They also make the best pisco sours!!!! Sooo good!
