Found this spot and couldn't stay away - ended up here 3 times in 2 days before leaving town.

Everything we tried was spot on. The pain au chocolat comes out warm with really good chocolate inside. Croissants are exactly what you want - properly buttery and flakey. Cinnamon roll was a treat too.

Drinks were all solid - decadent hot chocolate, freshly squeezed OJ, and a tasty cappuccino.

The place just nails the details - amazing smell when you walk in, cute space, and friendly staff. Wifi: 13 mbps down, 9 up

Would definitely be a regular if we weren't heading to Cuzco. Worth checking out if you're...

If you’re looking for a place in Barranco with fresh bread and impeccable ingredients then this is the place to be! We stumbled upon La Panetteria in search for some lunch and are so glad we chose to sit down and try the food. The vegan sandwich was one of the best I’ve had my entire stay in Peru. The focaccia bread stole the show! Truly one of the culinary highlights of my 2 week stay. We tried the açaí bowl, jugos, and vegan pastry and those were amazing, too. Will definitely return here again, and highly recommend this place to anyone who...

We stumbled upon this bakery and ended up eating the menu of the day including an antipasto, the choice between 2 first courses, the main course, a piece of cake and a refreshing beverage. Not only the food was excellent, but the people serving and working there are genuinely kind, taking time to explaining what are the different options. I highly recommend to go there for lunch. Many other options to eat and drink are available.

PS: as others have said, the bread is excellent and the pastry look exactly like the one we have back...

Love this cafe. I was looking for a place to do some work and chill for a few hours, and this cafe has awesome WiFi, A/C (rare in Lima), and, more importantly, AMAZING food/drinks. I forgot to take a picture of the tres leche cake and yogurt bowl I ordered (ate it so quickly). But I do have a picture of their green matcha latte (some of the best I’ve had ever), which was made the traditional way. I recommend everything on this menu, and the staff are very nice and speak English if your Spanish is so-so. Definitely returning to try more food!

Visited on a Sunday morning around 11am when it was very crowded with a small wait for a table. The interior and atmosphere are pleasant, the tables are small and though quite close together it kind of adds to the cozy feel of the place. Latte and cappuccino my partner and I ordered were of the best we’ve had in Lima. We’ve tried other recommended cafes to surprising disappointment, so this was heaven in comparison. Their pastries are delicious as well.
