Had coffee and dessert, okay ish. Their Urubamba dessert had no taste.

Service was terrible! They don’t let you arrange tables if you are a group and want to sit together. Someone delivered menus, never went back. Gave our order to someone else, he repeated it then left. First waiter comes back and says the second waiter didn’t take note of our order like 7-10 minutes later. We had to give the order back and wait AGAIN. I asked for a glass of water that I was never given. I requested to charge a powerbank if possible with the cashier, he said yes. Great menu selection, savoury and sweet treats, with reasonable prices. However, the service is VERY slow. We waited 40 minutes just for our coffees when the restaurant was very quiet and we were told a couple times '5 more minutes '. This new branch is absolutely beautiful! The service is A1, especially the waitre Marco, who gives you some advice and info of the drinks as well as the dishes.
