The Food: Simply spectacular. The ceviche was the best of our lives—fresh, tangy, and perfectly balanced. The duck? It literally melted off the bone. The lamb was juicy and bursting with flavor. And dessert? A lemon meringue that hit the perfect sweet-sour balance and churros that were simply to die for.

The Vibe: Amazing music, intimate atmosphere, and a passion for food that you can feel in every detail.

The Chef: Alex is a legend. A world-class chef who’s worked all over the globe but came back to his hometown to showcase the best local ingredients (like duck from his mom's farm!). He’s super talented and has a great story to match.

By far the best place to eat in Pisac! The food is very good, with a lot of diverse flavours and really nice presentation. We ordered the seafood risotto (generous portion), which was very tasty and rich. Also tried the altitude pasta, the trout tiradito and the crispy spheres, which were very flavourful as well. The food melts in your mouth. The place is small but cosy, with good music and a nice vibe. The drinks are also really good and the owner is very attentive and friendly. Prices are good, on par with other places in Pisac, but the food is much better than in other places. Will definitely...

This is the second night in a row that my partner and I have eaten here. Evey single dish we ordered was a delight! We had the alpaca rib, ceviche, altitude pasta, and fish dish called Waters of the Amazon. Each was perfectly prepared, beautifully plated, and tasted heavenly. If this restaurant was in the US we would have paid $50-85 per dish easy they were so high quality. The chef clearly makes every dish with love, and is a very sweet and warm person himself.
