I recently dined at this establishment and had quite a mixed experience. We ordered an alpaca burger and a chicken burger. The alpaca burger was a pleasant surprise, delicious and well-prepared. However, the chicken burger was a different story. It was incredibly tough, to the point where it was impossible to bite through. This initial disappointment was somewhat mitigated when they replaced the chicken burger, and the replacement was at least edible. You were given around 10 chips which tasted good. However, our patience was tested when we had to wait an excruciating 20 minutes for the replacement burger while others around us were being served. What added to our disappointment was the fact that no discount or refund was offered for the inconvenience caused. This place had the potential to be a great dining spot, but it fell short due to mediocre service and poor quality control. It's a shame that such a promising experience was marred by these issues.

We visited this restaurant three times over the course of two days. The first time was excellent. The food came out with decent speed and was tasty. We went back for drinks that night and had a 4/5 star experience. We made the mistake of going back for lunch the next day. I don’t know what was going on but it literally took 1 hour and 15 minutes to get a salad and two quinoa burgers. We had to ask the waitress if our food was still coming.. never got asked if we wanted a second drink even though they were empty for about 45 minutes while we waited for the food. Other diners were also upset and people kept having to go to the bar to ask about food because they needed to leave for tours. Luckily we had plenty of time but still… that was a long wait and the burgers were not good. I guess I’d say to go at off hours and make sure you’re not in a rush. The environment is very cute.. they just really need to work on service.

The place has a lot of potential with cool setup, music, etc.. but the atmosphere was off. Our waitress was by herself in the floor, under a lot of pressure - couldn’t provide a good/ welcoming service- neither both bartenders behind the bar (in front of we where sitting) . We order two meals (they came 10’ apart from each other and around 40’ after we ordered) and 1 tea that took at least 15min to get ready (I had to remind her) and she said would take 10’ since they were busy. Btw, the tea came without tea (bag or leaves) with a mild taste of the tea we chose. With some adjustments and a better energy/ service the place can be great.

This is a great spot! Relaxing with great drinks and really good food! The service is a hair slow, but very much worth it. Vibey and chill. The patio was a wonderful place to have an afternoon snack and drink. The capellania was a drink under the “Punch” listing — that is a FINE drink! I wish I were staying longer — I’d come back for another! The “crispy cheese finger” were good — and SO many of them. I couldn’t eat them all! Tasty. Would make a great app for the table or snack with friends. Overall, my favorite place I have visited in Peru! Totally recommend!!

What a great little space for some good eats and coffee and craft beer! They sell ground and whole bean coffee and Artesanal beers. We ordered a few appetizers, and the guacamole and alpaca skewers were delicious. The little courtyard is so charming, and there’s a little handicraft gift shop with reasonably priced items upstairs. We did stop in original on a Thursday and they weren’t open, but i wasn’t sure if that was normal or if it had anything to do with it being Puno week. The next day (Friday) they were open normal hours.

A really great cafe with a central location for the town. It resides in a 17th century building and is really well decorated. Definitely try to sit outside if the weather is good. The food is nice, although a bit pricey. They gave us a roasted corn snack which we enjoyed! We had the ham and cheese sandwich and avocado sandwich. Both really good but they took a long time to come out. Didn't bother us particularly but that seems common throughout South America. The chocolate cake was really nice and it was warned up too.
