Best service in the world and super good food! Fresh juices have no sugar by default!
Have only good things to say about this place!
D uring my travels, I've had the pleasure of dining at numerous restaurants across the globe, each offering a unique experience that, for better or worse, has contributed to my ever-expanding palette and dining expectations. It's rare, however, to come across a place that truly leaves a lasting impression, one that makes you pause and appreciate the art of good food and exceptional service. Mojsa Restaurant is one such establishment, a gem that shines brightly in the culinary world, and here's why.
From the moment I stepped into Mojsa Restaurant, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that felt genuine and inviting. The atmosphere struck a perfect balance between elegance and comfort, making it an ideal spot for both special occasions and casual dining. The decor, with its subtle nods to local culture and craftsmanship, added an extra layer of charm and character to the space.
The service at Mojsa Restaurant was, without exaggeration, unparalleled. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and incredibly gracious, ensuring that every aspect of the dining experience was flawless. They were quick to offer recommendations, answer questions, and accommodate requests, all with a level of professionalism and courtesy that is becoming increasingly rare. It was evident that the team took great pride in their work, contributing to an environment that was as welcoming as it was efficient.
Now, onto the star of the show: the food. Every dish that graced our table was a testament to the chef's skill, creativity, and dedication to quality. The menu, a delightful fusion of local flavors and innovative culinary techniques, offered a range of options that catered to a variety of tastes and dietary preferences. Each ingredient was fresh, each flavor was vibrant, and each plate was a work of art in its own right.
A standout feature of the restaurant was its commitment to health and wellness, as evidenced by their fresh juices. In a world where sugar-laden beverages have become the norm, Mojsa Restaurant chooses to offer juices that are not only delicious but also free of added sugars. This thoughtful approach extends to their entire menu, which is carefully curated to offer nutritious, flavorful options that don't compromise on taste or quality.
In conclusion, Mojsa Restaurant is more than just a dining establishment; it's an experience, one that celebrates the joy of eating, the importance of service, and the beauty of coming together over a shared meal. Whether you're a local resident or a traveler passing through, a meal at Mojsa Restaurant is an opportunity to indulge in some of the best food and service the world has to offer. With every bite and every interaction, it's clear that this is a place where culinary excellence and genuine hospitality are not just prioritized but perfected. I have only good things to say about this place and eagerly anticipate my next visit, confident that it will be as memorable...
Read moreThe food was great there but they charged me twice for the same meal. The first time the card machine wasn't respondong after I put my pin so I tried another one and it worked, the machine spit out the receipt. I only realised the first transaction had also gone through after checking my statements when I was back in my hotel room. I went back to show the staffs my bank statements the next day and the manager didn't apologies but told me through Whatsapp instead that It has nothing to do with them.
What could I expect from a restaurant in a small town puño….
Updated at Colombian local time 00:01am 13/11/2021:
First of all, I never received an apology that's true but blame. Do you want me to screenshot the conversations we had on WhatsApp and Facebook? I sent you the screenshot of my bank statements through WhatsApp on 20 OCT and said it seems it had gone through according to my bank statements. You blamed the bank and promised they would refund me, if not, you would. Because you need to save your restaurant from reputation crisis (drama). I replied "okay so when do I expect the refund?." and you said by the end of the month or the bank's reporting date. I said "cool I'll let you know if they don't. Thanks." And then you started sending me long texts saying I was being so unfair that accusing you of stealing money. I was like WHAT? I am not saying you are stealing the money I just told you there seems to be a problem, as I have said many times...........
I sent you another message starting by "Hey just to let you know that I still don't see the refund on my bank statement. Thanks" on WhatsApp. no reply. Until I messaged you on Facebook, I admitted, I was a bit harsh this time saying my bank asked me to call the police, as I was losing my patience (I hate deceiving behaviour). Its not about the $7 but the way I was being treated as a customer. Again long letters from you, saying I was unfair and rude that I even made you emotionally suffered so was your physical health. subsequently, You sent me the screenshots of the letter issued by Izipay in Spanish stating the transaction wasn't gone through and there should be a refund, if there is no, I should contact my bank or the entity on Wednesday 10 November 2021. I am now in Colombia and have problem reaching out to my bank again. But I will update once I have. but please don't play a victim.
Updated at 12:47am April 2022, New Jersey Forgot to update....I still haven't received the money back. The amount was indeed deducted from my account after putting in my PIN as my bank told me. Also the letter the manager sent me also indicated that if the transaction indeed occurred and refund didn't take place I should let the merchant know.
So I am not the one who is making 'false accusation'. And SHE should check with the Accounting department.
I have nothing against the restaurant itself and the staff. They were very nice and the food was okay. But the...
Read moreWe saw a lot of good reviews of Mojsa restaurant and gave it a try, we arrived around 450pm and it opens at 5pm so right at 5pm they opened and we were the first ones in. As we walked up the stairs I asked the server to seat us by the window and her response was that it was reserved. And she sat us in the back of the restaurant, a few minutes after, she sat people in front and a the restaurant was getting more people I noticed something. If you're white or speak English you will be seated in the front of the restaurant. If you're dark you will be seated in the back. I am not sure if this is the restaurants policy or the servers but this is not something I appreciate at all. I noticed this after we ordered our food and speaking of ordering, our order came in after the people in front got theirs. I didn't order anything else, too late to leave and just ate and left. The food was good, unfortunately one was cold but just ordered the two fish plates since I noticed what was happening too late. I would not recommend this place due to its practice. See my pictures, there where 4 tables in the back of us brown color people, and in the front only white. Pictures can't lie. Delia was our server according to the ticket and one of the pictures is of her on...
