Delicious and authentic Japanese food! The location is one block away from the Cathedral, so an easy walk from city center. The location is very spacious and the customer service and food quality was excellent. We order the gyoza which was perfectly crispy and the Philadelphia roll with smoked salmon and cream cheese (a must try). We also had the miso ramen that comes with ground meat, corn, seaweed, and a delicious seasoned egg, I added a little extra soy sauce on mine since I prefer my food on the saltier side. I ordered 4 different things.
Gyoza, Sushi, Don and Matcha tiramisu. For the sushi and don are average price, but I think Gyoza and Matcha tiramisu are overpriced. Tiramisu is quite small for 20 soles and the cream tastes more like milk powder (not matcha), but they put macha powder on the top.
I heard that the owner and chef are Japanese. No wonder the taste is quite better than other Japanese restaurants in Puno.
The atmosphere is great too. I can feel a Japanese vibe.
