Cafetería de ambiente agradable, con atención exquisita. Posiblemente el mejor café americano que he probado en Trujillo, preparado con un grano de tueste fuerte, y un regusto final muy agradable a frutos secos y caramelo. Se agradece esa crema natural del café en el preparado, en pocos lugares se logra servir así el americano. Aparentemente tienen relación directa con productores, lo cual se agradece. Tienen una carta interesante de diferentes cafés de calidad arábigos en grano que se pueden adquirir. La carta trae explicaciones sobre diferentes métodos de preparación del café así como datos generales sobre este producto, lo cual indica que en este establecimiento se quiere impulsar la cultura cafetera. Esto merece una estrella más. Están promocionando un café preparado al modo turco que pienso puede tener acogida en el gusto trujillano. Tiene también una carta interesante de sánguches, que son bien servidos. Tienen el mejor club sandwich de la ciudad. Entre los cafés que he ido probando en café americano está el café huancaino Tika tostado medio, de buen cuerpo, aroma floral y que resaltaba por su fuerte acidez cítrica. Para los que valoran mucho la acidez en el café, lo recomiendo. También excelente el café Geisha de Chanchamayo, con aromas y notas al gusto de cítricos, durazno y miel, de excelente acidez brillante. Uno de los tres mejores cafés disponibles...

This cafe is absolutely wonderful, filled with northern cultural decoration, salt and sweet pastries , sandwiches and food. They offer a lovely Peruvian coffee experience, organic beans and bird friendly. Plus they have tables if you are interested to work in your laptop. I try and not to be too negative with places but in this case I have to be. There is a massive disconnect between the quality of the coffee and the price. S14 for a cappuccino of that quality is too much. I've drank coffee all over Peru and this was the most overpriced by quiet some margin. Peru has some excellent coffee places for prices much...
