we went here on an early midnight-ish sunday at around 2AM.
we lost our vape which has a sentimental value. we left it on the table and we played billiards when suddenly it gone missing.
we were requesting for a CCTV copy to the duty resto manager. however, he doesnt want to show us the cctv footage and told us to view it at 8AM instead. He was very rude.
We know Restaurant Managers have access to every key in the office because we own group of restaurants here in Pampanga. It's a standard for every restaurant manager to have access to every key in the restaurant.
The Kapampangan waitress told us he's very strict and agreed that he has access to all offices, however, the restaurant manager, I believe named Bill (the small fat one) said "No"
The bisaya waitress is of course a follower of the manager and is very skeptical of us.
We told them that we will call the authorities since it's our right to view the CCTV as customers.
When we were leaving, the waitress handed our missing vape and told us "it was inside the menu the whole time". Mind you, we've checked the menu from page to page and saw that it was not there.
We have been eating here since 2004. During the first branch, we've had bad experience of their fat resto manager.
The service is VERY dissapointing. Kudos to the Morning shift managers for being so kind. But the night shift? Oh my. We will never go back here again. Racist and RUDE!
Edit: I saw margarita station's reply- Seriously? No customer service at all? Your Manager is literally power tripping us. He could've explained nicely but he ended up being very rude. He could've also said that Offices are all closed at 2am but he straight up said "I WANT you to...
Read moreThe new place has air conditioning and no more screen! It's closed in, without the interactions from passers-by. Everything is new, fresh, and clean. It's a wide open space, pretty quiet compared to the old spot. Decorations and the lighting are very nice, feels bright and new 🌞 Margarita Station has become less touristy and more like a restaurant you'd find at SM City. A futuristic Margarita Station, which will attract a larger customer base.
The bar is awesome, well stocked and modern. Music is low key and relaxing.
They probably could use a few more tables to fill the large space. Tables are aligned perfectly and they're nice and sturdy. Ceiling is quite high, like an auditorium.
They did an excellent job. Just so modern and upscale. It's peaceful - a good place to chill out. Heard they're also going to have a swimming pool and some rooms for rent.
Location is away from Walking St (which is good). There's also parking right in front and across the street. It's still on the walking trail, so it's very convenient for tourists to find and get to. Just walk past the Petron Station and it's at the Malibanias Rd...
Read moreA huge improvement in atmosphere/location from 9 years ago. Unfortunately, the service has went way down. Waitress had problems understanding “with the meal” when I ordered milk to be served with the meal. We got served our meal and she forgot to bring the milk. When I asked for the milk, she went back and brought me milk with ice in it, which I did not ask for. She brought back a glass of fresh milk and it tasted perfect although she forgot to bring the Tabasco as we had requested. I am guessing she made five trips back-and-forth to bring stuff we had requested at the beginning of the meal, but forgot. The English muffins that was served with our breakfast was absolutely great. Best I’ve ever had, but the hashbrowns were absolutely soaked in oil to the point of almost being inedible. (See photo). The eggs were perfectly cooked as I had ordered and the slice of ham was thick and much more than I expected which was great. But all in all, I like this place better than what it was years ago since it moved to a...
