Neutral review for now as it seems that the mall is still mostly under construction. Although I remember them advertising their official opening a few months ago.
Despite hearing/learning about their opening, it took me a while to drop by since I never really spotted their entrance until just a few days ago. So that should be something to improve on off the bat - visibility. Their entrance is actually immediately to the right after that Clark checkpoint heading towards Balibago/Main Gate. I'm not sure if they have an entrance from the Fields Ave side.
The building itself is pretty catchy, which their colorful wall art & night lights.
Inside, there's... well, nothing 😆. Found a couple of food court stalls, probably one fully open restaurant/cafe, a nail spa, one Apple store, what looks to be an activity hall with tae kwon do lessons, & the cinema. So yeah, you're better off across the road at SM for now. Though the cinema might be a good idea if you want to avoid crowds or get good seats. I might check that out once there's a good film to catch.
As for the future, the area does look promising once it's populated with more establishments but I'm not really sure what they can offer that SM Clark doesn't already have. Their outdoor balconies facing the Clark roads looks pretty nice with those tall trees. Maybe take some inspiration from the Ayala Triangle/Greenbelt Makati & Uptown Mall in BGC's decors for this coming holiday season ?

Read moreI would say that my visit to this mall was rather frustrating. Despite its high-end branding, accessibility and customer service were sorely lacking. While the guards' strictness and request for ID before entering the premises could be justified for security reasons, it can be quite off-putting to visitors. Additionally, the instructions to park my car facing the wall in a cramped space are unreasonable and inconvenient. It's unfortunate that the mall's interior was also disappointing, with only a few shops open during my visit (January 2023).
In summary, this mall falls short of expectations and is not worth the effort or expense to visit, especially in comparison to the high standards of SM or Ayala malls. Unfortunately, my personal experience was a complete disappointment and left me feeling frustrated. I sincerely hope that the mall management takes these issues seriously and implements necessary improvements to enhance the customer experience for future visitors. In light of my experience, I cannot in good conscience give this mall more than a...
Read moreGood: Clean and decent looking mall. Not much crowd in cinemas so it's good.
Bad: Not much stores (some are being planned to open by November but didn't happened, and also that Dunkin' store isn't opened yet just like one of the reviews here (posted from January 2023) in Google Maps), getting bored easily and very hard access to switch malls to SM City Clark. I recently came back here to see if it's different from that one from 4 months ago but still no progress.
Rating: 2/5 Overall, still disappointing. 🤦 Avoid this mall at all costs and go to SM City Clark or Ayala Malls Marquee instead if you want to...
