SM City Clark is a large shopping mall located in Angeles City, Pampanga, Philippines. It is the second SM supermall in the province of Pampanga after SM City Pampanga in City of San Fernando and Mexico, Pampanga. The mall was recently expanded. The expansion features a new food court, The New Meeting Place and a business process outsourcing (BPO) center.
The mall is home to a wide variety of stores, including department stores, boutiques, restaurants, and cafes. There is also a bowling alley, a cinema, and a supermarket. The mall is well-maintained and the staff are friendly and helpful.
The mall is located in a convenient location, close to the Clark International Airport and the Clark Freeport Zone. It is also easily accessible by public transportation.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreSM City is a well-rounded shopping destination with a variety of retail stores, dining options, and entertainment choices, making it a great place for families and individuals alike. The mall offers a mix of international and local brands, ensuring that shoppers can find what they need, whether it's clothing, electronics, or specialty items. The atmosphere is generally pleasant, with clean walkways, well-maintained facilities, and a secure environment.
One of the mallās biggest strengths is its diverse food selection. There are plenty of restaurants and snack shops catering to different tastes, from fast food to sit-down dining experiences. However, while most restaurants meet quality expectations, there are a few that fall short, particularly in terms of menu variety and ingredient quality. One noticeable issue is the lack of alternatives for those with dietary restrictions as I have. Some restaurants do not offer substitutions, which can be disappointing for customers who cannot eat certain ingredients, such as corn. Corn can be a health risk for some. In these cases, it may feel like a portion of the meal is wasted and there are no substations which affects the overall dining experience.
On the positive side, the mall provides a convenient and enjoyable shopping and dining experience. For those who appreciate fresh, well-prepared food, some establishments stand out for their quality and service. As I continue to explore different restaurants within SM City and beyond, I will share more detailed reviews on individual dining experiences, including both highlights and areas for improvement.
Overall, SM City is a solid choice for shopping and entertainment, with some room for improvement in specific dining options. It remains a good destination for those looking for a mix of leisure and...

It is a nice shopping mall, similar to the others of the SM group. Always something to do there. It is also a transportation hub, so easy to reach. Lot's of stores including the own SM branded store. Please note, toilets have no toilet paper, you need to buy it (a bit strange for a premium shopping mall)
HYPERMARKET
Downside I find the hypermarket. Not because of it's size, they have everything. But because of the totally inefficient checkout process. Really, really long lines, despite the million cash registers. It's all because they work inefficiently.
There is no conveyor belt. So only a short space where you can put your products. There is not such a thing you can put between your groceries and the person behind you, so often they have to double check and ask. When you have paid there is a very tiny space they put your products, so unlike in other supermarkets, you really have to wait until the person in front of you is finished packing (can take a while). Then there is the packing itself, sometimes they help but also that is totally inefficient, there is then someone doing the packaging from the shop but suddenly the cash register person who is now helping you, is going to interfere and help packing. I think because they want to speed it up because there is no space. Then there is also the problem that they cannot weigh the groceries at the cash register, so if you forgot to do that, someone actually have to go back to check manually.
It's a shame because it is really a beautiful hypermarket, but prepare to stand in line long times. Even at...
