Italianni's — Restaurant in Bacolod

My boyfriend and I recently visited Italianni's SM Bacolod branch, and unfortunately, our experience was completely ruined by one of the service staff named "Topher". The waiter assigned to our table was obnoxious, disrespectful, and downright condescending throughout our meal. MAYBE BECAUSE WE AVAILED THEIR 385 ALL DAY PROMO. lol

From the moment we arrived, he acted as if we were an inconvenience rather than valued customers. He spoke to us in a dismissive tone, and even made sarcastic and unnecessary comments when I asked for the bill. As the saying "Action speaks louder than words" goes, this fella even showed a 'disgusted' look after we requested a refill of their complimentary bread (I am fully aware that their complimentary bread is available for unlimited refill). Side note , the bread was great that we requested for more.

It was crystal clear that this 'Topher' had no interest in providing good service, and his attitude made the entire dining experience UNCOMFORTABLE. We even rushed eating our food. I DOD NOT ENJOY THE FOOD but it was good.

No customer should have to deal with this level of unprofessionalism, especially when dining out is meant to be an enjoyable experience. I truly hope management takes this seriously and addresses the behavior of their staff. Until then, I would not recommend this place (SM Bacolod branch) to anyone looking for...

From the moment I walked into the restaurant, I knew I was in for something special. The warm ambiance and inviting decor created the perfect setting for what turned out to be one of the most memorable dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. But what truly elevated my experience was the impeccable service—especially from our server, Rina. From the first greeting to the final check-in before I left, Rina went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and cared for. She struck the perfect balance between being attentive and giving us space to enjoy my meal.

As for the food—absolutely divine. Every dish was sumptuous. All dishes I tried were bursting with flavor, cooked to perfection and accompanied by creative sides that enhanced each bite, and of course beautifully presented.

It’s clear that this restaurant takes pride in both their culinary craft and their customer service.
