Merzci SMX Bacolod (North Wing) - Pasalubong — Restaurant in Bacolod

Stepping into Merzci in Bacolod felt like hitting the jackpot.  After trying Bongbong's in my trips to Dumaguete, I was pumped to see what this famous pasalubong place had to offer. They weren't kidding about the variety – flavors like ube piaya and napollones that you don't find just anywhere.

The napollones? Dude, that's the real deal. Sweet, flaky, melts in your mouth. And the ube piaya? Even better than the original. I went a little overboard buying pasalubong, but it was totally worth it.
