Been there January 20, 2019 around 8-9pm. Bad service. Our orders got shuffled and was served 2 tables after us. We were waiting past 25-30min to complete the orders.
Normally I dont mind since were all human beings and mistakes are always forgivable. But yesterday was just unacceptable. We followed up our orders (politely as we could) after realizing the shuffle to an attendant just to get a good look at whats happening with our food. I was returned with a disgusted look like I made a mistake of pointing out their mistake, didnt say a thing about it, returned to their station to blamestorm the problem. Very unprofessional.
All I wanted was a simple explanation without attitude, a small apology and Id be cool as any person would be then wait a bit longer, but no. They gave as the cold shoulder the whole time and proceeded as if we were intruders. The manager or supervisor didnt even flinch.
I know the work is hard, dont get me wrong, thats why im very considerate with these types of mistakes which are usually common. I understand the work since I work under medical service. Just be human, acknowledge mistakes, give out apologies, then hope that the client forgives you.

Read moreWas there yesterday lunch time. Ordered mussels in red sauce with wine (which I always do). It came with pasta, mussels and tomatoes. NO SAUCE! It's as dry as crispy pancit. I called their attention to it and after 15 minutes, with 2 waitresses unable to explain, the cook came out and said they only had 2 portions left and the other portion was served to the other table (who I also overheard has some complaints). I then told the cook that that is not the customer's problem. I am very familiar with the dish as I order it all the time. He just essentially repeated what he already said. That they have their servings portion and they're out. So then I asked what my options are. He said he'll just cancel the order to which I agreed. He took the plate and left. Read moreCame here to have brunch. Staff who took my order never smiled and looked peplexed whenever I asked questions about the menu. Ordered their Chilli Con Carne pasta, Pizza Margherite and their refillable brewed coffee. Coffee came first together with brown sugar and milk. Coffee became muddy as I mixed the milk in. I asked for more milk, it became light brown (still muddy looking) so I just gave up thinking there's not much to complain about since it's just a 35 pesos refillable coffee. Took another 15 mins for my pasta to arrived. Soggy pasta, and it's too bland since the chilli con carne is the canned type that you can purchase from the supermarket. Didn't finish the pasta. Waited for another 10 mins for the pizza to arrive but I end up taking it out without eating a piece because I totally lose my appetite. When I asked for the bill, didn't take them 1 minute to hand me the bill. Can't help but comment to the staff that their bill service is faster than their food service.
