This is my favorite go to place in Baguio. The food is reasonable for its price in fact you wont find the preparation somewhere else but here. Along with their unique blend of peña collada which I highly recommend is their welcoming and friendly staff. Other bars may be accommodating but it's because they see you as business. Here in Primo they see you as a friend a family or talk buddy. If you are Ms. Congeniality you will definitely go home with some sash of friends with you. The sound system is okay and you can request to maximize or minimize the volume according to your liking during karaoke. I had an amazing experience at this bar! The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between lively and relaxed—great for hanging out with friends or winding down after a long day. The staff was genuinely welcoming, attentive without being overbearing, and made excellent recommendations.
