I rarely leave reviews, but our experience was frustrating enough that I felt the need to share. We were a group of 10 and arrived around lunchtime, expecting a wait—which is completely understandable. What wasn’t acceptable was the complete lack of reception. No one acknowledged us as we stood at the entrance looking for seats, and no one informed us about the waiting time. We had to go back and forth just to get a response from the staff, which could have been easily avoided with a simple update.
When we were finally seated (after over 30 minutes), we were placed near the bathroom, where the strong smell of muriatic acid was overwhelming. Given that most of our group were senior citizens, this made the experience even more unbearable. When we requested to be moved, a server dismissively said, “Sinong magpapalipat? Same lang naman yan,” as if we were just being difficult instead of addressing a legitimate concern.
The service throughout our meal was just as bad. One of the servers was outright rude, showing no interest in assisting us. At one point, he bluntly asked, “May order na ba kayo?” in an annoyed tone, and when we gave him a look of disbelief, he doubled down with, “Bakit, tinatanong ko lang naman kung naka-order na kayo.” If you don’t like dealing with people, maybe the service industry isn’t the right place to be.
Hygiene was also a concern. The staff handed us utensils by holding the eating end with their bare hands. This is unsanitary and unacceptable in any restaurant, especially one where dishes are meant to be shared.
As for the food, it was just as disappointing. The dumplings, which should have been served as an appetizer, arrived last. The chicken feet were way too sweet and barely had any meat, and the kangkong looked almost black, making it completely unappetizing.
Overall, what ruined the experience the most wasn’t even the subpar food but the lack of basic courtesy and proper service. A little effort in customer service could have salvaged the situation, but unfortunately, that was missing too. Definitely not a place I’d...

You just need to pay Php 30 for the first hour. 🍽 Food: If you are craving authentic Chinese cuisine, this is a recommended restaurant. I love their beef steak Chinese style. We were just a little disappointed with their fruit cocktail. It was literally a fruit cocktail from the can. 😊 Service: They lack people. The restaurant wasn't jam-packed when we went there, but the service was slow. They forgot some of the requests and orders. Serving time: Appetizer: 15-20 minutes Main course: 40 to 50 minutes Dessert: They forgot 🤣
