Quoted Cafe - Legarda Branch — Restaurant in Baguio

Whenever I’m in town, Quoted Cafe in Legarda is my most preferred spot to stay and work. As a freelancer, I really appreciate how peaceful the location is—it’s not along a busy road, so the ambience feels relaxing and perfect for getting things done.

The food and drinks are generous in serving, tasty, and worth the price. For around ₱200–₱600, you can enjoy coffee, pasta, sandwiches, or even full meals—and honestly, the meals are sulit for what you pay. The staff are okay and service is consistent, nothing to complain about.

For freelancers though, the main challenge is the internet speed. It works fine for browsing and light tasks, but with less than 10 Mbps, it’s not the best cafe for video calls or long online meetings. On the bright side, the place has enough power outlets, decent furniture, and a clean restroom, which makes it comfortable to stay for a few hours.

I also like that there’s dedicated parking for both motorcycles and cars, plus they accept credit cards, which adds to the convenience.

✅ What makes me keep coming back: the ambience and the food. It’s one of the most relaxing and freelancer-friendly cafes in Legarda, especially if you just need a quiet space to work or chill. ⚡ What could be better: upgrading the internet speed. With faster Wi-Fi, this would easily become the go-to coworking cafe in the area.

Frozen Hot Chocolate

Quality: 10/10 - the serving size is bigger than expected. There are chocolate bits blended with the drink.

Taste: 9/10 - it's really good! You can taste the balanced sweetness and bitterness of the chocolate used. I rated it 9 because their frappe is plain, I was hoping that it could have a milk or vanilla kick in it.

Price: 10/10 - it's pretty affordable for only 155php. Classic Carbonara

Quality: 10/10 - their noodles was cooked perfectly. The amount of bacon and parmesan cheese was very generous. I'm a big eater but I think their serving is good for two.

Taste: 10/10- this is another bomb pasta! For every bite, you will feel and taste the quality of each ingredient. It's soo creamy and cheesy. It's just soo good!

Price: 10/10 - another affordable dish if compared to quality, for only 155 pesos! Overall Rating + Experience

Recommendation and Note: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It has an indoor and outdoor seating, since it is located in a hotel, it has a parking in front. The ambiance and music reflects their Cafè. I'm just wondering why is your carbonara isn't found on Food Panda Pick Up?

The carbonara is bland it tasted like water with a sprinkle of cream. The chicken parmigiana was dry and it had more tomato sauce than the cheese.

I asked for no sugar iced americano. I clearly told the staff twice. But, what arrived was with a glass of coffee with a huge amount of sugar syrup.

Very poor staff communication.

And most of all, the staff are really rude. Like they don't want you there. They are not welcoming compared to 3 to 4 years ago. The staff will just nod their heads when we try to ask for something.

The place proudly shows that it is a Christian owned café.. but, the staff are the complete opposite. Not a single staff smiled at their customers.

I used to love going to Quoted Café..but, I guess y'all slacking off because of the 5 star ratings here in google..

I will never come back here every again. Y'all just lost a big community of customers...
