Chowking Ororama Cogon — Restaurant in Cagayan de Oro

I recently visited Chowking Oramora Site for brunch and was disappointed with the overall experience. Despite a significant wait time of over 20 minutes, my order of halo-halo was not served promptly. Interestingly, another customer who ordered after me received their food first.

Furthermore, I observed that the restaurant's cleanliness and maintenance could be improved. The tables appeared dirty, and the floor had noticeable food debris.

The service was also slow, and the waiting times were excessive. To provide better experiences for customers, I suggest that Oramora Cogon revisit their service protocols and cleanliness standards.

I really like the food. It was the service where I find fault, or perhaps the system of the service. The crew were diligent with their work, but while it was my turn to fetch my meal, the menu I ordered was taken by another customer. It's a good thing, that the customer noticed the swap and went back to the claim counter and I was able to have meal. However, I've been through a heavy workload today and the stress was building up so I didn't like how things happened. Also, I chose to dine-in, but then there were no seats available. The food in chowking is good if you are into chinese cooking. My favorite order is always chao fan with fried siomai. I am giving one star because of the fact that when I was looking for a seat no one assisted me. And when I did find one, the manager was instructing the waiter to clean the table so I waited for it, when they saw me, they left the table without wiping it and there was water spills on the table and leaving the rag behind to went on to another table.
