Read morei thought we were in hell. it was not the fact that the hotel was right in the middle of the public market but the fact that the staff seemed clueless on the nature of their job... we asked the concierge about a car rental and she insisted on giving us the van shuttle, to make matters worse, the elevator conked out and nobody knew what to do...we waited and waited...but no one could do anything. the duty manager even tried to hide the fact that she was the one by saying she was fb manager.. what facebook manager? or food and beverage? even if she gave us free dinner i would not wish this kibd of hell on anyone...so please dont take this hotel....in fact please stay away...

Two things that I look for in a hotel are a good internet connection and a warm to hot shower. When I stayed 8 months ago, it was satisfactory, but this time failed on both counts. I was quite disappointed and I don't disappoint easily as I don't have expectations. My only expectation would be that they would keep up the just passable level of quality that they maintained in the past. The cost of the room for one night was 1250.
