JCO Donuts & Coffee, Ayala Centrio — Restaurant in Cagayan de Oro

Today (Jan 11/14) at about 1:15pm we decided to try J.CO in Eastwood City. The place for the most part was empty with only 10 customers most already served and seated. I waited to place my order....and I waited....and I waited. Finally the person at cash was finished and I was right there waiting to place my wife and my order. The cashier looked me in the eye then promptly turned and walked away. Not a single "I'll be right with you." Nothing. The overwhelming rudeness of the staff of this chain means I will never set foot in a J.CO again. Their donuts are undeniably good, though they’ve become sweeter than before. Aside from the donuts, I really enjoy their Froyo—it’s perfectly creamy with just the right tang, better than most froyos I’ve tried.

This branch tends to get crowded (which is great for business), but their system for taking and dispatching orders could be more efficient. The store’s layout and flow could also be improved for better functionality.

This is the best place to get donuts! Their donuts aren't too sweet and it just makes one's heart and tummy happy. A word of advice: Buying a dozen can result to big savings! Also, whenever you're craving for a specific flavor that isn't on display, you can kindly ask the bakers to make some for you. I've tried this a couple of times as my mom loves their alcapone.
