Today (Jan 11/14) at about 1:15pm we decided to try J.CO in Eastwood City. The place for the most part was empty with only 10 customers most already served and seated. I waited to place my order....and I waited....and I waited. Finally the person at cash was finished and I was right there waiting to place my wife and my order. The cashier looked me in the eye then promptly turned and walked away. Not a single "I'll be right with you." Nothing. The overwhelming rudeness of the staff of this chain means I will never set foot in a J.CO again. This branch tends to get crowded (which is great for business), but their system for taking and dispatching orders could be more efficient. The store’s layout and flow could also be improved for better functionality.
