Great room. This wouldve been a perfect score if not for the customer service. The front desk, in particular, lacked good customer service by telling me they didn't have my reservation without asking for my booking number and my ID, which I already placed in the desk. The 2nd lady asked me in bisaya with a quite loud and unpleasant tone, "ikaw ra usa maam?" It sounds and i felt as if I'm checking in at a pension house. I felt uncomfortable because that info that i was a solo traveler could be picked up by someone who heard it and had malicious intent. For a moment, i felt unsafe in the hotel. Overall, i will stay here again when we have the chance to visit CDO...
