AA BBQ — Restaurant in Cebu City

*The service is NOT GOOD... Very Slow. Don't have that sense of Urgency (kukuha nang Order tapos in the long run Wala palang available...) Hinihintay pa na e fafollow-up ung order... Even in giving out the change it would take around 30-35 mins. (Take note that's around 1:20 PM) Wala masyadong customers na.

*Staff doesn't know how to give feedback/response properly..

*The Management should have that initiatives to trained their staffs

*I won't recommend this place kung Ganito dn ung service nila. Gutom ka na nga pinaghihintay kapa.

On the other side, They have a good parking space and can accommodate customers who have their own cars... Overall ratings (4 out of 10). Hope the Management would take action on this matter.

I have rated a 1 star not because I don't like the food but because of the service they have provided to us. Honestly, I'm not satisfied but they have the opportunity to change it...

AA BBQ was a lovely place, the outdoor set up with lights was gorgeous. They had lots of large fans nearby to tables, keeping us cool in the humid weather. There was plenty of seating and it was busy upon arrival! We chose the pork and chicken skewers, boneless chicken and pork belly along with some plain rice. All these were yum, although bear in mind the meat is served cooked, but cooled down. We hadn’t anticipated this and would have preferred it still hot when eating. Aside from this, service was great and price very good for what we got - paid 700...

The service is extremely slow—not because the restaurant is understaffed, but because the staff aren't doing anything at all. They’re just walking around pretending to be busy. Our food was served an hour later (which we tried to understand, assuming it takes time to cook), but what’s unacceptable is that it took another 30 minutes and three follow-ups just to get our change after paying. You seriously need to reevaluate and retrain your staff. This kind of service is ruining your...
