Smart Dining.
The food is delish and the staff are very nice. I just wish the owner would add a little more staff because they are really busy during lunch hours and I hear during dinner time.
Their best sellers are the grilled meats, usually grilled belly or pork for the students. The sweet and sour fish if you are into seafood.
My daughter had the grilled pork belly and had too much fat which I didn't really love. The midnight cake was delicious though. I had the Kani salad which was really good with apples and grapes and shredded kani
There were lot of diners when I went in. And i noticed they were frantically waving simultaneously to get waiters attention. Although the waiters and waitresses who ernestly went as fast as they could, there were too many diners.
So I went up to the cashier, ordered there and paid as I ordered. The kitchen was actually fast in cooking and preparing the food. So while the other patrons were still trying to get the waiter to get their orders, I was already eating.
They have a wide range of cakes which my daughter realy loves. Their dessert gives their...

SERVICE was KINDA BAD. Cashier looked and sounded liked he didn't want to serve NONE-LOCALS. Guy took my order with a disgruntled face and abruptly replied "no we don't have that" when I tried to order for something clearly on the menu. Luckily, one of the kitchen crew stepped out to ask me for my order. I even heard the kitchen crew argue with the cashier that the food I ordered was available and that the cashier just didn't know what the shortened name was (Longsilog; short for Longganisa Silog). Kitchen crew also asked the cashier whether the order was for Dine-In or Take Out, to which he quickly replied "Take Out" as if he asked me what I wanted whilst the restaurant having dozens of empty tables.
Props to the kitchen and service crew though they tried even thou I can tell they have difficulties communicating with non-locals.
Atmosphere looked great but since I practically got denied of service, I can't say much more. Really wanted to Dine inside the...
Read moreIt was my first time eating at the Ramos branch. At first, it was an unpleasant experience. The Philly Cheesesteak is one of my favorite dishes in DF but with what happened today, I don't think I will be ordering that anymore. It looks mouth watering in the photo but let me tell you.. my goodness the beef was very hard to chew. I mean extremely hard that the chef tried to cook it again for remedy. Even if I had the revamped Philly for the second time, it was still very hard to chew. The problem was its meat. I didn't want to keep on swallowing the beef so I decided not to eat it, complained and ordered another dish instead which was their best AffordaBowls Sweet & Sour Fish. It was super delicious! Glad I forgot about the Philly bad experience and replaced it with the delish Sweet and Sour! The staff there were very considerate as well they didn't let me pay for the Philly so, plus points! Sweet and Sour Fish is super recommend!! Order their Nestea Slush, Smoothies and Sugar Free Cheesecake. They're one of the...
