Jollibee Osmeña Boulevard — Restaurant in Cebu City

Dreadful! My first experience with Jollibee and most definately my last. Service was great up until they took my money. Everybody is great while taking money. Counter girl stated there would be a 5 minute maximum wait for the two burgers and we were happy as at least they would be freshly made. 10 minutes later, nothing. We asked the floor staff if there was a problem? He checked and said they're arriving. 20 minutes following the order I'm at the counter demanding my money back, ( Mcdonalds always do on defect ), as at this stage I will go to McDonalds across the laneway. They 'insisted' we wait as the burgers were close and I kept demending my money following the extremely poor, rude staff service. Eventually 3 minutes later they arrived. The burgers were poorly presented and I regret not having the McDonalds equivalent burger, a Big Mac just next door. Jolibee,...

DON'T OFFER CHOCO CARAMEL FLOAT IN ANY FOOD DELIVERY APP OR IN YOUR STORE IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ONE!!!!! STOP SENDING ICED COFEEE OR REPLACING IT WITH ICED COFFEE WITHOUT CONSULTING THE CUSTOMERS JUST BECAUSE YOU DO NOT HAVE IT. YOU HAVE TO UNDERSTAND THAT SOME PEOPLE DON'T DRINK COFFEE BECAUSE THEY PALPITATE WHICH IS WHY YOUR CHOCO CARAMEL FLOAT WAS ORDERED. THIS DID NOT ONLY HAPPENED ONCE BUT TWICE ALREADY!!!!! Well FIRST of all, the place is smelly & dirty. Me & my friend had to eat faster since we couldn't handle the smell, and when my friend asked for straw the girl looked so mad and asked lots of questions also the utensils looked so unhygienic... and unclean, but they did give us lots of ketchup which is nice but overall I wouldn't eat here again. IT'S NASTY. ALSO I FORGOT TO MENTION THE AIR CONDITIONER IS NOT CLEANED AND SMELLY. THE TABLES ARE REALLY SMELLY TOO AND THERE'S LIKE WATER DRIPPING FROM IT THAT'S NASTY & IT SMELLS SO FREAKING BAD.
