Alberto's Pizza — Restaurant in Cebu City

This place doesn't really have that clean surroundings as it should be knowing it is a food store. There's always a risk for food contamination because there are times that other unauthorized personnel goes to their kitchen upstairs where they bake their pizzas. The arrangement of their tables and chairs are congested. They make their pizza boxes in the dining area and just stock up expose to contamination along the hallway. Specially now that this covid 19 wreck havoc this kind of store should always prioritize their customer's welfare and their cleanliness protocol. They don't even check temperatures provide foot bath and sanitize their customers' hands before they enter and take their order. Not a good place to order your next pizza hopefully their other branches have better service and quality in their food preparation and sanitation but this one must be avoided as much as possible. People only tend to order their pizza because its affordable but hopefully the quality should not be taken...

We bought pizza here several times over the past month, and it was excellent every time. Especially liked the veggie-loaded Garden Express. Each pizza is available in 2 sizes, and 2 types of cheese (mozzarella, or the cheaper QuickMelt - we didn't mind either). The service is very very slow compared to other branches even if there’s no pending order. The place is also unhygienic, we’ve seen a HUGE RAT died in there stairs which connects to their kitchen so basically it came from upstairs (Kitchen) so the RAT died and few minutes after they just left it there and laughed it off knowing that there are customers eating (US) after a few minutes they took the RAT back UPSTAIRS (KITCHEN) which is very unhygienic...
